A Complete Checklist for Homebase' Credit Checking Process
January 1 1970 12:00 AMAt Homebase, the credit checking process is required to evaluate your finances, measure them against our criteria, and evaluate how much we can support you in the process. The more accurate a picture of your financial situation we can draw, the better decisions we can make regarding how much we can support in your homeownership journey.
Below contains a comprehensive list of documents to prepare for your credit check. Note that financial factors like income and savings are evaluated in conjunction with those of any co-signers (including spouses, partners, etc.)
List of required documents
This list of required documents applies to everyone who applies to Homebase’s Buy with Installment program.
Important note: A “valid version" means either one of the below:
- A true copy certified by the competent authority (People's Committee, Notary Office, etc.); or
- A true copy certified by the company or organization issuing the relevant documents; or
- A full-color scan copy of the documents signed and stamped by the respective company or organization (e.g. the bank) subject to the sole discretion of the Homebase team from time to time in consideration of each particular case.

For other types of professions, income, labor contracts or other unique cases that are not listed here, the Homebase team will communicate directly with you for the required list of documents for your specific case.
